Manual on Corporate Governance
Pursuant to the SEC Memorandum Circular No. 19, Series of 2016 on the Code of Corporate Governance for Publicly Listed Companies, PT&T adopted a new Manual of Corporate Governance and submitted the same to the SEC on January 26, 2018.
The new PT&T Manual on Corporate Governance aims to strengthen our commitment to transparency, integrity, fairness, and accountability to form the basic framework of good corporate governance in the entire organization. It supplements and complements our Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws. Our Board of Directors, Management, and employees are closely aligned to achieve PT&T’s strategic objectives and recognizes and safeguards the rights and interests of our various stakeholders.
